    Where the music comes from — records, streaming or your own files. Every system starts here.

  2. An amplifier

    It takes the small signal from the source and gives it the power to move a speaker. It is also your volume control.

  3. Speakers

    The part you actually hear. Match their size to your room and they will fill it with music.
