Every product we sell is new. If a fault appears you can claim against us as the seller under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and any manufacturer's warranty supplied with the product applies in addition.
Manufacturer's warranty
Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer's warranty, its length and terms are set by the manufacturer and stated in the documents in the box. You do not have to deal with the manufacturer yourself: contact us and we handle the claim.
Your legal rights
The manufacturer's warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a fault appears, you can claim against us as the seller for up to 6 years after delivery (5 years in Scotland). Details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How to make a claim
- Email support@scenecare.shop with your order number, the product, and a description of the fault. Photos or a short video help.
- We tell you whether we will handle the repair or replacement ourselves or through the manufacturer's service centre.
- We arrange and pay for collection of a faulty item.
What a warranty does not cover
- Accidental damage, liquid damage or misuse.
- Normal wear, such as a worn stylus or worn ear pads.
- Damage from unauthorised repair or modification.
- Damage from connecting equipment incorrectly, for example the wrong mains voltage or mismatched speaker impedance.
